  • Assess live event and original content performance to inform decisions around how much and what type of licensed content to invest in for ESPN+.

  • Conduct semi-regular content audits and mine the findings for insights, playing a crucial role in the ongoing development of our content strategy.

  • Support Content and other DTC teams in understanding current performance on the platform, connecting content insights to business opportunity.

  • Support the Digital Media Programming team on the day-to-day scheduling and management of the ESPN+ DTC offering. 

  • Work across ESPN and Disney business units to support the sustained growth in the ESPN+ subscriber base.

  • Assist with all content related planning, operational and technical related processes, be responsible for daily QA of the product and liaise with counterparts.

Digital Media Intern

  • Asked to return as the sole intern of the Digital Media Department. 

  • Managed the creation and publishing of relevant, original, and high-quality content. This included videos, graphics, and blogs.

  • Drove traffic to online company pages, including NBCSportsBoston.com and @NBCSBoston Twitter.

  • Edited breaking news stories for NBC Sports Boston reporters and published them on the NBCSportsBoston.com website.

  • Interpreted data, analyzed results using statistical techniques and provided ongoing reports.
